Staving off the mid-week boredom

I'm watching the Leafs game. What a quality way to spend a Thursday night. My school is so cool that we've got a four day weekend, they gave us a freebie tomorrow. Yesterday, I had no school in order to attend "A Few Good Men" in Halifax, Nova Scotia. So I took this retarded picture of myself. I was bored. It looks goofy. I know. Right now it's first intermission. Don Cherry wussed out, so no coach's corner. Instead, it's just Ron McLean and some Kelly guy talking by phone. Pretty sure the Leafs are winning 2-0. First one was short handed. I don't care if Ottawa won last night. It's all about Toronto tonight baby! Well, the game is almost ready to start again. Maybe I'll post later. The weather will be sweet this weekend, which means lots of flying time. I know. I'm a retard. Don't judge the picture, I was having fun.

Mardi Kaj 2006!

Just got back from Mardi Kaj. Unlike some party-goers, I limited my consumption of alcohol. It was awesome, and well over 300 people made the trek to the cottage about 30 minutes out of town. Unfortunately, the potential for the party fell when people heard rumors that it was canceled, and the school administration also caught wind, and threatened all the athletes with suspension from competition if they attended. Needless to say, it was a lot of fun.

Weather

I hate ranting, but, knowing my luck, this beautiful weather outside won't be this nice next weekend. Beautiful clear day, and no flying. Next weekend will be shitty. Watch. We're scheduled to fly, but it won't happen. Such a piss off. So Rammstein basically split up. Pissed off about that too. They were really cool. Saw "Canada Rocks" last night, and believe me, Canada does rock.
